Our Services

Custom Metal, Steel & Laser Tube Fabrication

With over 17 years of industry experience, we are specialists in metal, steel, and laser tube manufacturing — delivering high-quality, custom solutions with no minimum order quantity required.

We don’t work from a fixed product menu. Instead, we collaborate directly with our clients to turn their ideas into reality — whether it’s a single custom piece or a full production run. Our services are fully customisable, backed by precision engineering, expert craftsmanship, and an in-house painting facility to ensure a seamless finish from start to end.

Below are just a few examples of the custom items we've produced. If you can imagine it, we can help you build it.

Sheet Laser.jpg

CNC Sheet Lasering

The Amada F1 4kW laser machine, with bespoke CAD systems, offers precision cutting for various materials. It accommodates a maximum sheet of 3000mm x 1500mm and can process up to 15mm gauge mild steel and 8mm in aluminum or stainless steel. With options for CO2 or nitrogen cutting, it delivers clean, carbon-free edges ideal for powder coating. The Amada ‘Tower’ automatic sheet feeding system efficiency, allowing for unm, 24/7 operation, increasing capacity and reducing costs.

Tube Laser 1.jpg

CNC Tube Lasering

A CNC laser tube cutting machine uses a high-powered laser to cut and shape metal tubes with extreme precision. Controlled by computer software, it handles round, square, and custom-shaped tubes, offering fast, accurate cuts with minimal waste. Ideal for industries like automotive, construction, and metal fabrication.

Amada Punch Press.jpg

CNC Punch Pressing

AC direct twin drive system. The result is faster, more productive, and higher grade sheet metal fabrication. An ID tool system and an MPT tapping unit are installed to drastically reduce the setup time and achieve blanking process integration.

spot-welding-assembly_edited.jpg

Spot Welding

Spot welding is a resistance welding process used to join two or more metal sheets at specific points by applying pressure and heat from an electric current. It's fast, efficient, and commonly used in automotive and sheet metal fabrication.

Flowdrill.jpg

Flow Drilling

Flow drilling is a non-cutting process that uses heat and pressure to create holes in thin metal by displacing material rather than removing it. This forms a bushing or collar, allowing for strong threaded connections in sheet metal. It’s commonly used in automotive, HVAC, and metal fabrication industries.

Mig Welding.jpg

MIG Welding

MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding is a type of arc welding that uses a continuous wire electrode and shielding gas to create strong, clean welds. It's widely used for welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum in industries like automotive, construction, and manufacturing.

Tapping.jpg

Tapping

Tapping is the process of cutting internal threads in a hole using a tool called a tap. It allows bolts or screws to be securely fastened into metal, plastic, or other materials. Tapping is commonly used in manufacturing, assembly, and metalworking.

TIG_edited.jpg

TIG Welding

TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding is a precision arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode and inert gas to produce high-quality, clean welds. It's ideal for thin materials and is commonly used on stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals.

COUNTER SINKING_edited.jpg

Counter Sinking

Countersinking is the process of creating a conical recess around a hole so that a screw or bolt head can sit flush with or below the surface. It’s commonly used for a clean finish in metal, wood, or plastic parts.

Powder Coating Line.jpg

Powder coating

Powder coating is a dry finishing process where a fine powder is electrostatically applied to a metal surface and then cured with heat to form a durable, protective, and attractive finish. It’s widely used in automotive, appliance, and industrial applications for its resistance to chipping, corrosion, and fading.
